- Assistance to the CEO and managing directors with the definition of skills needs, resources, organisation & roles
- Review of roles and job descriptions
- Implementation, management & monitoring of the recruitment plan, working closely with Managers
- Review of HR processes including workplace relations and internal communication

- Selection and induction of the right expert profiles (+ 70%)
- Clarification of roles and streamlining of work processes
- Definition of the HR permanent position’s scope and role, selection and skills transfer
