An experienced HR Consultant available part-time to manage every step of the transfer 

  • Planning, monitoring and implementation of transfer on all HR and social aspects
  • Management of workplace relations and guidance of the site Manager during negotiations
  • Development and implementation of substitute agreement and new collective agreements on welfare programs, pension, classification, working –time and work-life balance
  •  Working closely with the Site Manager and Group CEO to ensure smooth communication and business continuity
