An experienced HR Consultant available part-time to manage every step of the transfer
Planning, monitoring and implementation of transfer on all HR and social aspects
Management of workplace relations and guidance of the site Manager during negotiations
Development and implementation of substitute agreement and new collective agreements on welfare programs, pension, classification, working –time and work-life balance
Working closely with the Site Manager and Group CEO to ensure smooth communication and business continuity
